Each month, our team will be pledging a percentage of our commission towards our various initiatives. We also take proceeds from all our events and fundraising efforts and direct them to our chosen charity — making it our mission to make a meaningful difference wherever we can. Join our weekly Dwell Dash 5km Run/Walk — a community‑driven initiative that brings people together with purpose. Each week, we partner with a local business and give away a prize or voucher to one of our lucky runners, creating a fun way to support small businesses and grow local brand awareness. Dwell running merchandise is also available to purchase, with all proceeds going directly towards raising funds for charities in need.
To date, our runners have pledged donations that have supported meaningful local initiatives, including Summerhill House, Gift of the Givers, Zululand Conservation Trust — and we’re just getting started.
Our first DWELL Foundation initiative reached out to the Enhlanhleni Creche which is based on our doorstep in Kwa Dukuza and is dedicated to caring for & growing bright little minds for the future. This creche is run by a dynamic, incredibly special lady, Angeline. We heard through the local community that she could do with some support, so we contacted her. After chatting to her, we discovered she had a Christmas Wishlist for her creche, consisting of educational toys, stationery, learning aids and mattresses.
It was our greatest pleasure as a team to deliver on her Christmas Wishlist.

Our most recent DWELL Foundation initiative connected us with the Zululand Conservation Trust, based within the breathtaking Manyoni Private Game Reserve. The Trust runs a dedicated Rhino Orphanage, a vital rhino de‑horning programme, an anti‑poaching unit, and several conservation efforts focused on protecting endangered species such as Rhino, Cheetah, Wild Dog, and Pangolin. This incredible work is led by the passionate duo of David Attenborough and Karen Odendaal, supported by their equally committed team. As a gesture of gratitude, we surprised the ZCT and Manyoni staff with Christmas hampers filled with essentials to support them through their long festive‑season shifts in the bush. We are deeply grateful to our amazing network and community for your generous contributions towards this cause.
