With over 15 years’ experience in the property game, Devon’s passion, and knowledge for property on the North Coast is impressive! Having worked closely with developers on some of the most progressive estates on the North Coast, he has witnessed the exponential growth in this region firsthand, giving him the expertise to advise developers on the best way to bring their product to market and ultimately sell out.

As a key member and leader of the team, Devon is dedicated to supporting and driving his teammates to achieve top results while encouraging a positive and energetic ethos. With a strong network base that spans the North Coast and beyond, his main focus is connecting developers with the best opportunities and offering them a steadfast sales solution to suit.

SCOTT SKEWIS | Head of sales

Having been in sales and client facing for the past 15 years, Scott thrives off dealing with people, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions. His attention to detail, structured approach, and passion for the real estate game positions him as a leader in his field.

Scott was born and bred on the North Coast and spent most of his upbringing on the sports field, in the bush or in the ocean, selling the North Coast lifestyle couldn’t come more naturally to him. KATE SPARKS | Sales & Operations Manager

With a strong background in PR and customer service, Kate thrives when interacting with people and enjoys working together with her team to reach goals. Having made the move across to the residential property space, she has gained key skills and experience and prides herself on delivering exceptional administrative support to the sales team ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a property owner who has journeyed the road of purchasing a home in a luxury lifestyle estate, Kate understands the importance of delivering excellent service, making the process of buying and selling property a positive experience!

Having studied a degree in Visual Communication Design, Danica is a key member of our team. With a strong background in sales and marketing, along with a particular expertise in organizing memorable events, she has developed a true passion for driving business success.

NICOLE KYTE | Sales Specialist

Nicole is an optimistic and enthusiastic individual with over 10 years of experience in marketing and account management. She is passionate about each of her client’s unique needs and is committed to helping them find the perfect home. Throughout her career, Nicole has maintained strong client relationships, she attributes her success to her ability to listen to clients and put their needs first.

Having made the move down to the North Coast four years ago, Nicole and her family are in love with the incredible coastal lifestyle the flagship estates in the area have to offer! Her love for her hometown, passion for helping and connecting people and her appreciation for architecture and interior design, meant that Nicole’s natural shift into the property industry made perfect sense.  

Dean de la Rey | Sales Specialist

Growing up in Johannesburg with a passion for property and conservation, Dean completed his Architectural Drafting Course and a Honours in BSc Property Studies at the University of Cape Town, following which he decided to head to Londolozi Private Game Reserve where he gained invaluable life experiences through a culture of dealing with people from all over the globe on a daily basis.

After 4 years as a guide, finding exponential internal growth through surrounding himself with nature and a strong team, the passion for property shone through and he continuously found himself wanting to head straight to the North Coast to pursue his career in the property industry. With a strong educational base in the field, and being an all-time team player, Dean is dedicated to driving his teammates and Dwell to new heights while encouraging an energetic, charismatic ethos.
